I am Yang Huichen, a party worker from the Party Branch of Jiangsu Xinfangyuan Electrical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., I am honored to have the opportunity to share with you the party building work of my branch. Jiangsu Xinfangyuan Electrical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise engaged in special equipment and accessories for power stations. The company covers an area of ​​15,000 square meters and has a total of 86 employees, including 5 middle-level technicians and 11 professional technicians. The registered capital is 55.66 million yuan and the fixed assets are 30 million yuan. The company's party branch was established in 2011 and currently has 8 members. We have always insisted on one-handedly grasping party building, grasping the economy with one hand, and integrating party building work into the production and management of enterprises.

First, take the construction of branch positions as a starting point and strengthen self-responsibility

As a party worker, the construction of branch positions is my top priority. Since the establishment of the branch, I have strictly established the branch positions in accordance with the standards. Strengthen the construction of party members' activity rooms, purchase party service items, update the party building work system, hang party flags, post party building propaganda slogans, establish party building propaganda columns, party branch learning areas, party members' slogans, and continuously strengthen corporate culture construction with party building as the core. To make the party branch and the company cooperate to enter the operational track of standardized management. Actively organize activities such as the theme party day, the party members' responsibilities, the promotion of employees, and the evaluation of employee labor models, etc., to stimulate the vitality of employees and promote standardized management of enterprises.

Second, with the guidance of party members' education and learning, strengthen the responsibility of the branch

After organizing the party’s 19th National Congress and the spirit of the General Secretary’s series of lectures, and combining the “two studies and one doing” learning and normalization institutionalization work, my branch has formulated a study plan for the whole year, which is determined monthly. Study topics, organize party members to talk about ideas, talk about work, talk about experience, truly integrate "learning" into daily life, integrate into ordinary times, integrate into the training and education of party activists, insist on cultivating outstanding backbones into party members, and cultivate party members into enterprise management. backbone. In recent years, a total of four outstanding backbones have been developed into the party, and two party activists have been identified. With the commemoration of the 97th anniversary of the founding of the party, all party members and party activists were organized to carry out concentrated exchanges on the theme of "not forgetting the original heart and keeping in mind the mission". All party members wear party emblems, face the party flag, raise their right hand to revisit the pledge of joining the party, and enhance the sense of responsibility of party members.

Third, to organize the public welfare activities as a guide, strengthen corporate responsibility.

Eight party members of the branch have combined their actual and post characteristics to produce a party member's open commitment letter, established a party member's responsibility zone, and organized party members to drive employees to carry out volunteer service activities. Since the beginning of this year, he has participated in volunteer service activities such as “Civilized City Creation, We Are Acting”, “Caring for the Elderly, Grateful Society” and “Heart-to-Handy, Sharing Difficulties”. The branch formed a party member assistance group. The company successively passed the party members' mediation of more than 10 employee conflicts, actively carried out the activities of caring for employees. Every year, they purchased insurance for employees, organized condolences to employees, and successively subsidized more than 50,000 yuan for families with difficulties. Employees do practical things and do good things. Through the development of these activities, the identity of party members will be further revealed, the commitment of party members will be exposed, the style of party members will be displayed, and the social responsibility of enterprises will be further established.

Hundreds of crickets struggled to make progress and sailed at the right time. Under the leadership of the town party committee and under the guidance of the spirit of the 19th National Congress, my branch will continue to strengthen the sense of corporate responsibility, build a work pattern of party building and lead development, and truly improve the ideological and quality of party members and workers, and promote the healthy and rapid development of enterprises.
